Q 1. Are you a factory or trading company?
A. We are a factory.
Q 2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A. Our factory is located in Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province, China. You can fly to Wenzhou airport directly or take train to Yueqing railway station. We will pick you up.
Q 3. What's the payment term?
A. We accept TT, 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, Western Union, L/C At Sight etc.
Q 4. Tell me the standard of package?
A. First we pack every single part with a plastic bag, then we put bags into inner box, finally all in a big carton. The packing is strong for international transportion.
Q 5. Would you accept to use our logo ?
A. If you order 100pcs each model, no problem to do OEM.
Q 6. How about the transport?
A. If the qty is small we usually use TNT, DHL, FEDEX, EMS and some other express upon your choice. If the qty is big usually we advise FOB Ningbo or Shanghai by sea.
